The project reinstates manufacture in the city through a C21 redefinition of industry. An artifact or element will be prototyped then replicated on the site.
The architecture sits lightly on the ground with a sustainable design strategy.
The project includes a winter night shelter, but generates 24 hour activity all the year.
SITE: Grain, texture, and geometry of the edge condition between the urban and modified rural landscapes.Digital and analogue 2- and 3-D mapping/modeling represent the understanding of stratification, historical fact, fictional accounts, and topographical formations.
